The Evaluation Fee, assessed at the time of the Initial Accreditation and at every subsequent decennial visit (10 year visit) is the same amount as the annual dues, $2,300

 

A fee for special or focus visits is assessed at one-half the annual dues for that year or $1,150.  An institution will assume the cost for travel, lodging and meals expenses of team members.

 

The application fee is $1,120
