About Accreditation
Former Boston Red Sox Pitcher, Pedro Martinez, poses with the CAISA visiting team that evaluated the New Horizons School in the Dominican Republic. Pedro's son attends this school and it was quite a thrill for the CAISA team when Pedro came by to greet them and distribute autographed baseballs
The CAISA / NEASC accreditation process encourages school improvement through a process of continuous self-study and peer evaluation. The 7th Edition Protocol - "NEASC Institutional Guide to School Evaluation and Accreditation" sets high standards for International Education.
The award of NEASC accredited status indicates that the member school has achieved high standards of professional performance and is committed to continuing improvement.
Heads of schools and teachers from our accredited schools play an active role in assessing and evaluating the progress of peer institutions as Visiting Team participants and contributing their knowledge and Best Practice ideas.
